◆ Overview
The Xin'anjiang brand FZ corrosion-resistant energy-saving self-priming centrifugal pump is a patented product independently developed by our company. It is manufactured using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and reinforced polypropylene (RPP) produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Fluorine Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, through one-time injection molding. It features high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, and a uniquely scientific structure. The pump chamber is equipped with a liquid suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, gas-liquid separation, and return holes.
◆ Features
Priming is only required before the first startup, and no repeated priming is needed thereafter. When pumping media, the liquid flow can be intermittent. If liquid is interrupted for up to 15 minutes, pumping can resume once liquid returns. The mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water, making operation simple, safe, and leak-free. It is the ideal product to replace submerged pumps.
PVDF material: Excellent air tightness, non-toxic, non-polar, oxidation-resistant and non-aging, good mechanical properties, resistant to strong oxidants, halogens, and aromatic solvents. Operating temperature range: -40°C to 135°C.
RPP material: Non-polar, non-toxic, resistant to general acids, alkalis, and salts. Operating temperature range: -12°C to 100°C.
